DICENTIS Conference Device

The DICENTIS Conference Device facilitates clear, efficient discussions with advanced features such as the “Speak Now” indicator light, allowing participants to speak immediately if granted permission. The dual-user function enables two participants to share one device, maximizing efficiency and reducing cost.

DICENTIS Conference Device with Voting Function

The DICENTIS Conference Device with Voting Function meets the requirements of standard parliamentary-style voting systems. It identifies users via an integrated NFC (Near Field Communication) card reader and allows fast, easy voting through multi-color touch-sensitive voting buttons that illuminate only when needed. Secret ballots are also supported.

The DICENTIS Conference Device with Language Selector includes features such as request-to-speak, dual use, and participant identification via an integrated NFC card reader.
It has a language selection menu that enables participants to follow the discussion in their preferred language when simultaneous interpretation is available.
Selecting a language is simple: plug in the headphones to activate the device’s language selection function automatically. Participants can then scroll through the available languages using the device’s touch buttons.
Importantly, the language list appears in the participant’s native script, allowing them to quickly locate their preferred language and stay focused on the meeting.

The 4.5-inch touchscreen helps optimize meetings by guiding participants throughout the session, showing the current speaker, and displaying the speaker request list.
It also allows easy access to voting information and interpretation options.

With this device, two participants can share a single unit, enabling them to speak, vote, and be individually identified via integrated NFC readers.
They can even follow the meeting in two different languages.
This multifunctional unit saves table space and reduces equipment costs.

To fully meet all conference needs, the DICENTIS Multimedia Device integrates a wide range of multimedia functions.
It identifies users via an integrated NFC card reader and even provides live video, so delegates can both see and hear the speaker.
Users can browse documents for easy information sharing and access the internet to search for up-to-date information on various topics.
